To have your product serviced or repaired, download the Customer Send-in Sheet, print and attach it to the product with details of the fault, symptoms or work required, and courier it to us:

Where you have an emergency we will try to repair and return dictation items within the same day, (overnight throughout NZ).
We are often able to offer the use of a similar device in the meantime.
