Join a remote support session

1. To join a remote session please click the blue button.

2. A new tab will open.
Please enter Session ID provided by your technician and your name for the technician to identify you. 

3. Then click “Join session” to start the join process.

4. Download the join app provided for you based on your operating system. 

5. Once downloaded run the file on your computer to join the remote session.
