Forms can be pre-filled with patient data helping to reduce errors during your busy clinic and forms are laid out in a user-friendly view which allows users to easily navigate through the form using the keypad/keyboard of their mobile device or PC, or by voice using Nuance speech recognition software. Voice enabling your form can save up to 20% of time, make form filling easier and faster. Speech can be used in a variety of ways allowing for small or large narratives to enhance the value of information exchange between clinical staff.
Dragon Forms includes a designer which lets you re-create your forms with the added benefit of electronic binding to pre-fill visit and patient information. As well as having the ability to add single or multiline narrative boxes to your forms, they can include checkboxes, multichoice (radio button), date picker, headings and labels.

Once a form has been completed, it is uploaded to the server where it’s stored in the database pending distribution – forms can be distributed in several ways:
- Form data can be extracted as structured segments and delivered in a number of formats such as HL7, XML and JSON
- Form data can be published into a human friendly format such as RTF, DOC, DOCX or PDF
- Forms can be pushed to a web service, dropped as a file in a folder or sent to other systems and or recipients as HL7

Dragon Installation and Training
